The plane double enveloping  worm gear transmission is characterized by multi-tooth meshing between the worm and worm gear. The worm tooth hardness reaches HRC 58~62. The worm wheel adopts high-performance alloy bronze to maintain long wear resistance, high transmission efficiency, and a long service life. Compared to the cylindrical worm gear of the same specifications, the carrying capacity and service life are increased by 2~4 times, and the transmission efficiency is doubled. Our company, in collaboration with relevant universities, has conducted systematic research from design, technology, to production assembly and testing methods. We hope to contribute to the development and promotion of this new transmission technology, created and invented by the Chinese people. The mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the CAVEX@ Worm-Gear Units of a foreign company, and we can also customize key transmission parts for customers.
